Shipping & Delivery Policy – Renoch Technologies Pvt Ltd
Order Processing:
All orders are processed after payment confirmation and technical validation, if required. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Coverage:
We currently supply and ship across India. For EV chargers, solar equipment, and project-based installations, delivery will be coordinated based on site readiness and project schedule.
Delivery Timeline:
The standard delivery timeline is 6 to 8 weeks from the date of order confirmation and payment, depending on product availability, customization, and project location.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and communicated during the order confirmation or checkout process based on product type, quantity, and delivery location.
Transit Insurance:
Transit insurance for all dispatched products will be arranged and covered by Renoch Technologies Pvt Ltd to ensure safe delivery to the customer location.
Installation Products:
For EV chargers and other technical equipment, delivery and installation timelines will be coordinated separately by our operations team after order confirmation.
Order Tracking:
Dispatch and tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once the shipment is handed over to the logistics partner.
Delivery Delays:
Delivery timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as logistics disruptions, weather conditions, regulatory approvals, or site readiness. Customers will be informed in such cases.
Damaged Shipments:
If the shipment is received in damaged condition, the customer must notify Renoch within 24 hours of delivery with photos and supporting details for resolution, replacement, or insurance claim processing.
