- Wallet: Your in-app balance used to pay for charging.
- Charging Station: EV charging hardware owned or operated by us or our partners.
2. Who Can Use Our Services
You need to be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use our services.
3. Your Account & Wallet
To get started, you’ll need to sign up for an account.
- You’re responsible for keeping your login details safe.
- Funds added to your wallet stay in the app and can’t be transferred or withdrawn.
- Wallet funds are non-refundable unless specifically allowed under our refund policy.
4. Using Charging Services
Our app helps you find, start, and pay for EV charging sessions.
- Charging availability may vary depending on location and station status.
- Always follow safety instructions posted at the station or shown in the app.
5. Pricing & Payments
- Charging costs are shown in the app before you start a session.
- Your wallet will be charged automatically based on how much energy you use.
- Rates can vary by time, location, or station operator.
6. Your Responsibilities
When using our services, please:
- Don’t damage or tamper with stations or the app.
- Don’t use the service for anything illegal or dishonest.
- Don’t misuse your account or try to game the system.
7. What We're Not Liable For
We do our best to offer a smooth experience, but we can’t be responsible for:
- Power outages or unavailable stations
- Damage to your vehicle unless it’s clearly our fault
- Losses caused by misuse of your account
8. Account Suspension
We may suspend or close your account if we find signs of fraud, misuse, or violations of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of UAE/India. If a dispute arises, it will be handled under those laws.
